Suspension Appeal (令人满意的学业进展/SAP) Use this form to request an early return after an academic suspension and/or to request reinstatement of financial aid following a suspension.
If at least one semester has passed since your academic suspension, you do not need to appeal to return and register for classes. 然而, if you wish to use financial aid to help pay for your education, you will need to submit an SAP appeal upon your return, no matter how much time has passed since you last attended M State.
You will need the following information to complete the 令人满意的学业进展 Appeal:- Explanation of why you were not able to maintain satisfactory academic progress. Write your explanation in Microsoft Word so you can review it, then copy and paste it into the form.
